Ayr Wellness in the United States is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, safety, and performance of our facilities. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will own the infrastructure, capital projects, and the maintenance framework that enables the business to operate efficiently.
You will manage the maintenance budget, supervise the team, implement SOPs, oversee CapEx, and ensure regulatory and safety standards are met.

The Facilities Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for the overall maintenance management, safety environment, and performance of the facility. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role owns the facility’s systems, infrastructure, execution of capital investment strategy, managing contractor major projects, and the broader operational framework that enables the team to execute.
The Facilities Manager executes the expected standards for maintenance, manages the maintenance budget, leads the maintenance team, and partners with the Director of Operations to ensure facility systems meet requirements that allow align facility performance with business goals.
This person may be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals, and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree.
