Salary: $55,000 - $75,000/year + up to $20,000 in bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Be the Heart of Our Community: Welcome guests and clients with genuine hospitality, fostering trust and creating a friendly, inviting environment that keeps them coming back.
• Drive Growth Through Relationships: Use your local market knowledge and marketing creativity to attract new clients, build partnerships, and grow our customer base.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide 5-star customer experiences by addressing client needs with empathy, clear communication, and creative problem-solving.
• Keep Our Property Shining: Oversee daily operations, including light maintenance, facility inspections, and administrative tasks like leasing, bookkeeping, and processing payments.
• Stay Organized & Tech-Savvy: Manage office responsibilities with precision, using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and storage CRMs (e.g., StoreEdge, StoragePug) to keep everything running smoothly.

Who You Are

• A people-person with a natural talent for building connections and making everyone feel valued and welcome.
• A hospitality or service enthusiast with at least 2 years of managerial experience and a proven ability to drive sales or engagement, ideally with knowledge of the Ocala community.
• A multitasking expert who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing customer interactions with operational duties while maintaining strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with technology, proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and able to handle tasks like scanning, uploading, and taking photos. Experience with storage CRMs is a plus!
• A high school graduate (or equivalent) with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 25-50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Bonus: Experience in RV/boat storage, self-storage, or hospitality industries—but your passion for people and service is what truly sets you apart!
