You will manage power, water, lighting, ventilation, yard organization, and general upkeep, with focus on safety and reliability in a dynamic environment.
The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. Today, we are creating the technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions.
We’re looking for a Facilities Lead to take ownership of daily operations, maintenance, and improvements across our tunneling jobsite infrastructure. This role is boots‑on‑the‑ground - part builder, part problem-solver - responsible for keeping critical site systems online and supporting a fast‑paced tunneling environment. You’ll manage power, water, lighting, ventilation, yard organization, and general upkeep of both surface facilities.
We’re a team of dedicated, smart, and scrappy people. Our employees are passionate about our mission and determined to innovate at every opportunity.
