Job summary

Topgolf in Montebello, CA is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and grounds, manage budgets, and develop the Facilities team.

You will ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and training. The role requires 3+ years of facilities management, a path to lead a multi-unit venue, and a focus on high standards in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include health, dental, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years facilities management experience for a large or multi-unit venue
• Experience building a team, highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate and two years of documentable HVAC or Electrical journeyman level experience
• Knowledge of welding and soldering techniques
• Building maintenance/construction knowledge
• Mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and repair knowledge
• Must have a clean driving record
• Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
• Energy and enthusiasm
• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stoop and bend
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down ladders and stairs

Salary For Position: $74,400 - $92,160
