Job summary

Topgolf Payroll Services is seeking a facilities coordinator to maintain and improve our venues in Fort Myers. You will perform routine inspections, manage supplies, assist with room setups, and support security and safety initiatives.

This role emphasizes hands-on maintenance and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to a safe, organized, and welcoming workplace, with opportunities to learn and grow within a playful, guest-focused company culture.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills for managing supplies.
• Effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
• Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
