Job summary

Live Nation seeks a motivated Facilities Manager for the PNC Music Pavilion. This part-time seasonal role will oversee facility maintenance, manage the venue's physical plant, and supervise part-time staff and all vendors, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, coordinating with 3rd party vendors, preparing quotes, managing capital expenditure, ensuring a safe, compliant environment, and supporting event operations across all areas of the venue.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of general maintenance specialties; Plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as Facilities Manager in a comparable venue
  • Ability to perform general maintenance tasks such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing etc.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility maintenance, preventive maintenance, third‑party contracting and repairs
  • Identify venue areas needing repairs and carry out maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors on larger projects and provide quotes
  • Assist in managing capital expenditure and large remodel/maintenance projects
  • Ensure safe, compliant operations and Live Nation policies are followed across all venues
  • Manage subcontractors, vendor relationships and storage of venue chemicals per standards
  • Occasionally work events and non‑event days to ensure venue success

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the Facilities Manager role at the PNC Music Pavilion. This position exercises overall responsibility for facility maintenance, physical plant and the management of facilities part‑time staff and all vendors. This is a part time season role and will be reporting to the Operations Manager of the venue.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of facility maintenance, including but not limited to, preventive maintenance, third‑party contracting, and general repairs
  • Continuously identifies areas of the venue that may need repairs
  • Carry out maintenance tasks throughout the venue assigned by the operations manager
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to coordinate larger maintenance projects and repairs
  • Work with vendors to provide accurate maintenance quotes for projects and repairs
  • Assist in recommending managing capital expenditure and large R&M projects
  • Manages projects related to repairs and maintenance for all areas of the venue
  • Works with all management and other personnel to provide a safe and enjoyable facility for guests and employees including all Service Culture training
  • Ensure optimum operating condition of all amphitheater equipment, such as crowd control devices and tenting
  • Implementation and execution of all Live Nation policies, procedures, and programs
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and third‑party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events
  • Ordering of and proper storage of all venue chemicals and related data sheets per standards
  • Position requires working some events along with non‑event days for optimal venue success
  • Other duties as may be assigned
