Colliers International in Austin is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, budgeting, and long-term FM strategy. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality services at a growing property portfolio.
The role requires strong financial acumen, building systems knowledge, and excellent communication skills to support owners, tenants, and contractors.

Strong client relationships are important to you. You are responsible for all day-to-day operations, including maintenance, occupant/owner relations, budgeting, capital planning, reporting, project management, emergency planning and long-term planning of the FM strategy. You will effectively manage vendor relationships; ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations; and ensure compliance with risk management standards.
You will be involved in all aspects of facility management. You will be responsible for following company and client policies & procedures, standards of service and key elements of success as defined by the client.
