Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of facilities experience preferred.
• Experienced in plumbing, construction, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, landscaping and CMMS.
• Vendor / contractor relations experience.
