Job summary

Uline is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager at its Pleasant Prairie Distribution Center to oversee maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams and to manage inspections and field work.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, coordinating with vendors, preparing reports, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained facility that employees are proud to work in; hours are Monday to Friday 8:00–4:30 with some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience with MEP, landscaping, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Assist with maintenance work.
• Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed.

Responsibilities

Set the standard for facilities excellence. As Assistant Facilities Manager at Uline's Pleasant Prairie Distribution Center, you’ll oversee several teams with a hands-on approach to inspections and maintenance, ensuring the facility is one employees are proud to work in.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM with some evenings and weekends.
