Brightli in Independence, MO seeks a Facilities Management Technician II to maintain properties and assets, ensure a safe, welcoming environment, and support client experiences. The role requires reliability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

You will handle inspections, routine maintenance, and work orders, while adhering to safety procedures and participating in mandatory meetings.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check including criminal, driving, abuse/neglect and fingerprint checks.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and auto insurance.
• Physical requirements include sedentary work with occasional lifting and repetitive hand movements.
• Willingness to be on-call and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete all work orders promptly and document in the system.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Report safety hazards to leadership for immediate action.
• Submit credit card/fuel charges and quotes to Facilities Leadership Team.
• Participate in staff development activities and mandatory meetings.
• Perform duties safely, following procedures and using required PPE.
