Qualifications

• Enrollment as a college student in an accredited university.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields.
• GPA 3.0+; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of site master plans and facility improvement initiatives.
• Update drawings, utility maps, and facility documentation using AutoCAD.
• Support facilities and engineering teams with capital project planning, execution, and project tracking.
• Participate in infrastructure assessments involving HVAC, refrigeration, fire protection, electrical, and building systems.
• Attend project meetings, document minutes, track action items, and support follow-up activities.
• Assist with vendor coordination, contractor oversight, and workplace improvement projects.
• Support GxP documentation activities including change controls, preventive maintenance records, qualification support, and facility documentation.
• Contribute to sustainability and decarbonization initiatives and other continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing project status, recommendations, and key findings.
