Emory Healthcare is seeking a Facilities Management Director to oversee facilities operations and staff. This role involves managing employee performance, hiring, training, and addressing HR-related issues. The Director will develop short and long-term goals, establish policies and procedures in compliance with guidelines, and manage projects. Responsibilities also include planning, administering, and monitoring departmental budgets for capital equipment, operations, and personnel, taking corrective action as needed. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and seven years of experience in an engineering environment with supervisory experience, or ten years without a degree, is required. Experience in a healthcare environment is highly preferred.
