A leading restaurant group in New York City is looking for a Facilities Handyman to oversee repairs and maintenance across their restaurants. The successful candidate will use technical skills to address maintenance issues, conduct walkthroughs, and collaborate with the management team while ensuring the upkeep and appearance of facilities. This role includes various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and provides a range of employee benefits including health care and dining discounts.
Position Summary : The primary responsibility of the Facilities Handyman is to perform repairs and maintenance throughout their assigned restaurants as needed. The handyman will use problem-solving and technical skills to solve maintenance problems. The Facilities Handyman will also execute weekly walkthroughs and working along with the Management Team to create a plan for all maintenance issues as well as supplies needed for all projects. The Facilities Handyman will be responsible for the upkeep and the look of their assigned restaurant / s.
