Qualifications

• Carpentry skills required.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Must be able to work with minimal direction and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work including doors, counters, and cabinets.
• Inspect facilities and implement preventive maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Install ceilings, floors, and related hardware.
• Respond to emergency requests after hours and weekends.
