Job summary

Wineshipping.com LLC in Vacaville, CA is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to oversee general facility maintenance and critical systems health. You will perform maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other building systems, document repairs, and coordinate preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires experience with conveyors and material handling equipment, forklift certification, and the ability to work independently or in teams.

Qualifications

• Two years or more related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of conveyor and material handling equipment installation, maintenance and tuning.
• Forklift certified and other machinery certifications as needed.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility in shifts and ability to respond to mechanical emergencies.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Able to work well independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Facility Fixer & Systems Sleuth: assess health of building systems (AC, plumbing, electrical) and address issues.
• Equipment Whisperer: report on condition of gear and systems with clear updates.
• Efficiency Expert: keep facilities running smoothly and reliably.
• Constant Evaluator: spot issues early with regular checkups.
• Warehouse & Assembly Wizard: assist with warehouse tasks as needed.
• Building Maintenance Hero: perform repairs to keep the building safe and functional.
• Preventive Maintenance Mastermind: plan and execute preventive maintenance.
