Job summary

Fluor Constructors is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to perform general and technical maintenance on buildings and systems. You will work safely, complete PMs, and support contractors while contributing to a snow removal team across site facilities.

The role requires basic carpentry, tool use, and ability to read layouts; TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance or ability to obtain is required. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry skills including drywall, painting, carpet, and raised floors.
• Ability to read and interpret building layouts, drawings, and specs.
• Must have TS/SCI with CI Polygraph or obtain/maintain.
• U.S. Citizen and able to work in the location.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on facilities, structures, systems and hardware.
• Complete PMs, safety checks and JSA readings daily.
• Train with and support contractors and service vendors as needed.
• Snow removal task force with trucks, loaders, plows and salt spreaders.
