Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspection of building systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing).
• Correct deficiencies found during maintenance or operations.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and logs for building systems.
• Perform multi-skilled trades: light fixtures, windows, carpentry, painting, and furniture repairs.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and safety compliance.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies in all tasks.
