Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Associate degree or technical education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance eligibility.
• Electrical safety certification preferred.
• Safety certifications like VCA or Working at Heights preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve facility and equipment malfunctions per work orders.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Schedule and supervise contractors ensuring safety and standards are met.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation in the CMMS.
• Monitor facility systems (security, fire alarms) and respond to alerts.
• Support CapEx projects and capital expenditures as part of the team.
