Job summary

The Dhanani Group is a leading owner and operator of restaurant franchises in the United States, known for its fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. This Maintenance Technician role supports the Facilities and Maintenance Team in the San Antonio area.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 2 years in a similar role, and hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, and building maintenance. Tools and physical work are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
• Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
• Tile, Flooring
• Light Plumbing
• Paint Building Exterior
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
• Extremely organized with good communication skills.
• Drywall experience preferred
• Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
• Perform repairs company machinery, equipment, or appliances.
• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Regularly check locations for mechanical failure or breakdowns.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
