Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess condition of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other facilities and equipment.
• Maintain records of equipment condition and system status.
• Create a schedule for regular facility evaluations.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are functioning properly.
• Develop monitoring systems to detect problems early.
• Coordinate with supervisor on materials to order.
• Maintain parking lots, sidewalks and grounds.
