The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years maintenance experience in residential and commercial sites.
• Driver's license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance tasks across agency facilities.
• Open/close locations per procedures and security system.
• Run site checklists for mechanical and general safety.
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules.
• Supervise outside contractors when needed.
• Order hardware and materials for ongoing projects.
