Facilities Maintenance Technicians ensure a safe environment for patients and staff, overseeing building operations, safety compliance, and grounds management while coordinating with managers and vendors to sustain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ building systems maintenance and/or construction experience.
• Current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure safety.
• Oversee life-safety systems such as fire alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishing systems.
• Perform carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• Coordinate safety inspections with authorities and internal audits.
• Supervise contractors for emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
