Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 4+ years in facility/grounds maintenance preferred.
• Experience with minor plumbing/electrical repairs and carpentry helpful.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and health standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of building, grounds and structure for operability and safety.
• Provide emergency and unscheduled minor repairs for plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Gather proposals from external vendors and oversee repairs; ensure contracts are fulfilled.
• Collaborate with manager to control maintenance costs within budget.
• Perform daily warehouse inspections; stock offices and docks; minor electrical work.
• Assist with moves and building projects; deliver packages and materials as needed.
• Provide back-up forklift preventive maintenance when required.
