Crossroads in Colorado is seeking a hands-on Facilities Support role focused on cleaning, basic repairs, grounds upkeep, and assisting with facility and vehicle maintenance needs. The position supports a safe, clean, and functional environment for staff and patients.

Responsibilities include general cleaning across offices and common areas, basic maintenance tasks, groundskeeping, and safety compliance. A high school diploma or GED is required with preferred janitorial/maintenance experience.

• Experience in janitorial, maintenance, or general labor preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurability preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic understanding of computers, tools, and cleaning equipment.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.

SUMMARY:Provides routine maintenance, janitorial, and general labor tasks across company facilities. This role focuses on hands-on work including cleaning, basic repairs, grounds upkeep, and assisting with facility and vehicle maintenance needs. The position supports a safe, clean, and functional environment for staff and patients.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Include the following.
