Job summary

Fagron US is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Technician to support Sterile Services operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.

With a focus on compliance (SOP, CGMP, OSHA), you will manage work orders, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate CMMS records while ensuring clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years in facility maintenance including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to learn quickly with minimal supervision and read manuals.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to SOP, CGMP, OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Responds quickly to emergencies and summons assistance as needed.
• Conducts regular inspections for compliance with policies.
• Oversees HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Completes work orders and special projects with minimal supervision.
• Maintains facility and equipment parts inventory.
