Job summary

Fagron US is hiring a Facilities and Maintenance Technician to support Sterile Services operations in Wichita, KS. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot failures, and ensure production continuity while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least two years in facility maintenance, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years in utility or facility maintenance.
• Ability to interpret manuals and drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, CGMP, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Inspect facility and equipment for policy and safety compliance.
• Oversee heating, HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Complete work orders and special projects with minimal supervision.
• Maintain inventory of parts and coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor Building Management System and environmental conditions.
• Keep CMMS records accurate for maintenance activities.
• Communicate status of repairs to customers and teams.
• Coordinate schedules with vendor resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
