Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical certification in plumbing, electrical, or related trades.
• 2 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI in last 5 years.
• No major accidents or serious traffic violations in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment, or fixtures as scheduled.
• Inspect, clean, and repair facilities, equipment, or fixtures; document wear and tear.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; track expenses and parts.
• Order parts, track orders, and submit warranty claims; ensure safety compliance.
• Operate heavy machinery and vehicles, conduct pre/post operation safety checks.
