You will perform preventative maintenance, inspect equipment, and address HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to prevent safety risks. Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks.
• Record when equipment was serviced and repairs were made.
• Check the building for damage to doors, windows, walls and make repairs as needed.
• Ensure HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Manage other maintenance requests as required.
