Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be available to respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and solid work ethic required.
• Knowledge of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures is essential.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building windows, walls, and doors and perform repairs as needed.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently and reduce safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure HVAC, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems are functioning through routine maintenance and repairs.
• Record service dates and repairs performed.
