Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspect, clean, and repair facilities, equipment, or fixtures; document wear and tear.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; prepare expense vouchers and maintenance logs.
• Operate heavy machinery and power equipment following safety procedures; report hazards and noncompliance.
