Vesta Property Services Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance across facilities and satellite areas. The role involves exterior upkeep, pool care, interior cleaning and system checks, with emphasis on safety and timely task completion.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and relevant building maintenance experience, including basic electrical and plumbing skills, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Relevant building maintenance experience.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Electrical, plumbing and general maintenance skills are a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior areas of buildings and related structures, including pressure washing when needed.
• Clean and maintain interior/exterior furniture and fixtures such as tables and pool lounge chairs.
• Maintain pools including vacuuming and filtration systems; ensure cleanliness.
• Perform general upkeep of indoor spaces: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, windows, bathrooms and tiled areas.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of furniture during peak times and help supervisor with bids and information.
• Ensure safe work practices and identify unsafe conditions.
