Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance practices.
• Proficient in electrical skills using tools like an ohmmeter.
• Familiar with manufacturing processes and maintenance equipment.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in supervising teams or individuals is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, mechanical components, and PLCs.
• Conduct welding tasks for repairs or modifications.
• Read schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during maintenance tasks.
• Provide customer service for maintenance needs.
• Assist in supervising junior maintenance staff.
