Responsibilities

• Identify needs and obtain at least three competitive bids when appropriate.
• Present recommendations and bids to the GM.
• Schedule approved work and coordinate vendors.
• Communicate project timing with affected departments.
• Inspect completed work and ensure deficiencies are corrected.
• Close out the project with all documentation.
• Maintain organized records (vendor contacts, inspections, quotes, status).
