Job summary

Catalent’s Kansas City facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician-General to join our team. You will maintain buildings, common areas, and campus grounds to keep the site running smoothly.

This 100% onsite, Monday–Friday role requires basic maintenance tasks, coordinating cleaning services, and assisting with upkeep activities; a high school diploma is required.

Candidates with 2+ years in maintenance or related fields are encouraged to apply; strong documentation and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance, facilities maintenance, or building repair.
• Meticulous approach to inspections and documentation.
• 4 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as changing light bulbs, repairing door hardware, fixing furniture, and maintaining exterior property including snow removal.
• Coordinate cleaning needs of the building with the cleaning service provider and manage trash removal services.
• Perform basic repairs that do not require specialized technicians, including painting, repairing fixtures, and fixing basic building system breakdowns.
• Conduct routine maintenance on building systems.
• Assist with the general upkeep of facilities.
• Repair minor drywall damage, ceilings, and flooring as needed.
• Support any after-hours building needs and activities as required.
