Job summary
Catalent is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician (Electrical) in Kansas City, MO to maintain and support GMP lab and manufacturing equipment on-site. Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm; ensures reliable equipment performance to minimize downtime and meet production goals.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and PLC-controlled equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, QA and Validation to improve reliability and meet objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical system repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and lab equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and PLC-controlled equipment using schematics and tools.
- Perform equipment modifications and electrical system improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reliability and production goals.
- Handle other assigned duties as required.
