Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to service our clubs around the greater Raleigh, NC area. The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing fitness equipment, painting, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing, while adhering to safety regulations.

You'll be on call for maintenance emergencies, including nights and weekends, with travel required and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge about electrical, plumbing and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Installing, Maintaining and Repairing fitness equipment independently while abiding by safety regulations
• Upkeep of painting, landscaping, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing for all location
• Inspection of alarm systems
• Partnering with other companies to schedule maintenance as needed
• Ability to be on call for maintenance emergency's
• Available of nights and weekends
• Travel will be necessary meaning a valid driver's license will be needed. Vehicle transportation will be provided by the company
• Reimbursement will also be provided for travel time
