Job summary

Frontida, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Tech to maintain the facilities and corporate office, ensuring safety and structural integrity. The role involves responding to emergencies, coordinating with the Regional Facilities Director, and overseeing maintenance projects from budgeting to completion.

You will monitor repairs, track expenses, and uphold Frontida’s culture while performing preventive maintenance and routine repairs across a range of systems and surfaces.

Qualifications

• Must complete probationary period successfully.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of construction, maintenance and repair practices.

Responsibilities

• Represent Frontida professionally and uphold company culture.
• Ensure compliance with DHS 83 on facility maintenance and safety.
• Manage renovation projects, propose budgets, solicit bids and install materials.
• Maintain building systems and address interior and exterior needs.
• Track repairs using the Work order system and report spending with receipts.
• Communicate vital facility information to Directors and document daily activities.
• Coordinate with outside appliance maintenance for safe operation.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance across equipment and structures.
• Perform repairs to buildings, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and basic carpentry.
• Maintain grounds; lawn care and landscape duties as needed.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Maintain professional image and align with Frontida policies.
