Job summary

Courtyard Club OpCo, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems across indoor/outdoor tennis courts, pools, locker rooms, and grounds. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or trade school and 2–4 years of relevant experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities; strong organization.
• Familiarity with building automation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned work orders efficiently and document tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pool equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure systems function properly.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems including package units, air handlers, chillers, boilers.
• Install and replace electrical components; troubleshoot circuits and LED lighting.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs and ensure leak-free installations.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks like ceiling tiles and drywall patches.
• Support energy management and participate in preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
