Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years maintenance or operations experience.
• Strong communication to interact with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to pass post-offer background and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment.
• Perform complex building repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Direct vendors/technicians and ensure satisfactory completion of work.
• Conduct weekly and monthly building inspections for repairs and safety.
• Record data from main electrical panels quarterly.
• Provide support with conference room setup and events.
