Job summary

Cheney Brothers in Ocala, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment. You will perform complex building repairs across carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, and guide vendors and technicians to ensure reliability and safety.

You will schedule preventive programs, conduct weekly and monthly inspections, maintain electrical data logs, support event setups, and ensure timely deliveries and positive interactions across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 2+ years maintenance and repair experience in warehouse or related area.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Must be able to work assigned shift schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends as business needs require.
• Must be familiar with basic hand & power tools.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and follow-through in completing assigned tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
