Job summary

Cressy Commercial Real Estate is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Mishawaka, IN. You will work Monday through Friday, performing routine maintenance and repairs at multiple properties.

You will troubleshoot issues, conduct preventive tasks, and communicate clearly with tenants and staff. The role requires basic tools, a valid driver’s license, and a minimum 1–2 years’ maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in maintenance or equivalent field.
• Proficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematics.
• General mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building trades.
• Own basic tools and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned properties according to company standards.
• Conduct routine checks and service equipment to prevent failures.
• Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Adhere to laws and company policies in all duties.
