Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• 2 years previous construction and maintenance experience preferred.
• Electrical experience/training is required.
• Plumbing, carpentry, welding, and HVAC knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on industrial and commercial facilities.
• Operate excavation equipment and tools safely.
• Perform concrete flat work and paint facilities.
• Work closely with HVAC technicians for repairs.
