Teleflex Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech in Chelmsford, MA to support general maintenance, repairs, and improvements around the facility. Reporting to the Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor, you will multi-task in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a Technical / Vocational High School Diploma (AS in Engineering preferred) and at least one year of maintenance experience.

Competenze

Technical / Vocational High School Diploma; AS in Engineering preferred.
Minimum one year of facility maintenance experience in a professional environment.

Mansioni

Perform general building maintenance duties such as changing lighting, replacing ceiling tiles, assisting with equipment/office installation and moves.
Assist with leaks and clogs; coordinate repair and maintenance of equipment with outside vendors.
Clean, paint, floor maintenance and safety improvements; assist with drywall, mud/tape, doors and flooring.
Complete general construction tasks for internal projects; support ongoing improvements to facilities to reduce costs.
Follow maintenance SOPs for direct and vendor PM tasks; document inspections and tasks.
Support the facility's needs during unplanned events and weather-related incidents.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain documentation.
