Job summary

Stark Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support daily upkeep and event setups at our Cleveland, Ohio property. You will respond to work orders and assist with repairs, keeping the site clean, safe, and functional for tenants and staff.

You will operate standard tools, assist with signage, and contribute to ongoing maintenance projects while upholding safety and reliability across the team.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in facilities or maintenance operations.
• Entry-level experience in maintenance, repair, or construction-related work.
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
• Clear communication and follow-through.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable on ladders, lifts, and heights.
• Able to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
• Able to bend, kneel, sweep, and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to common area and tenant work orders.
• Complete light painting and general repair tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas.
• Assist with installation and upkeep of site signage.
• Remain alert to safety or maintenance concerns and report issues.
• Operate tools and equipment including pressure washers and lifts.
• Perform basic hand and power tool tasks for maintenance needs.
• Participate in setup and breakdown of on-site events.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and event success.
• Monitor site for safety or security concerns and report to supervisors.
• Demonstrate company values.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisor.
