Qualifications: |
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES Must have basic computer skills and be able to use general word and spreadsheet programs. Must be able to keep accurate and timely records. Must be able to produce reports, memos, and work orders. Should have a basic knowledge of IFMA standards. |
Physical Demands: | Must be able to perform physical labor, climb ladders, work in small areas, bend, stoop, climb, and routinely lift over 50 pounds. Must be able to work inside and outside in all types of weather. Must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies and call out situations. |
