Base pay range

$19.39/hr - $26.13/hr

Position Reports to: Facilities Supervisor

Description: Under the supervision of the Facilities Supervisor, performs maintenance duties at all City buildings and facilities. Responsibilities include routine maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools, and mechanical systems; building structures; custodial and janitorial tasks; setup for events; small improvement projects; operation of safety systems; record keeping; and adherence to safety standards. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, valid Utah driver’s license, at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of maintenance systems, handyman skills, good customer service, basic computer skills, record keeping, and familiarity with IFMA standards. Must be able to perform physical labor, work in various weather conditions, and respond to emergencies. Drug screening and background checks required.
