Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance, construction, mechanical, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or general maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hospital buildings and equipment.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and carpentry projects.
• Help maintain building systems for safety, efficiency, and reliability.
