CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the San Jose area to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems.

You will provide preventive maintenance, diagnose problems, and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. You will also assist with installation and modification of equipment, inspect for safety and building code compliance, and support energy management to keep systems running efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting and climbing.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose issues and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Conduct building walkarounds to understand portfolio buildings and layouts.
