Job summary

Kele Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable operations across our Bartlett and Memphis facilities, including office, warehouse, and production areas.

The role involves hands-on maintenance, repairs, preventive tasks, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Warehouse, Office, and Facilities teams. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in maintenance or related fields, strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related maintenance, facilities, or mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance across Bartlett and Memphis locations (office, warehouse, operational areas).
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Replace and maintain lighting and basic plumbing components.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse racking systems and equipment.
• Operate a company truck as needed for facility errands and vendor coordination.
• Follow safety procedures and collaborate with departments to minimize disruption.
