Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs, lighting adjustments, painting, furniture assembly, and light carpentry; assist outside vendors when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of offices, restrooms, breakrooms; restock supplies and uphold hygiene standards.
• Provide hands-on support for maintenance team on work orders and projects.
• Log and maintain records of repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and directions from team leader/supervisor.
• Collaborate with all departments as needed.
• Perform non-routine tasks assigned by supervisor and/or company officers.
